  3. Will someone be present at check-in?
    If the property has a reception, a team member will be available to assist you.
  4. Is there luggage storage?
    There is no dedicated storage area, but we can find a solution upon request.
  5. Is there parking available?
    We do not have private parking, but the properties are close to free or private parking areas (e.g., on-street parking).
  6. How often is cleaning provided for stays longer than 2 nights?
    A refresh cleaning is available on the 4th day, only upon request the day before.
  7. Can I leave the keys in the key box during my stay?
    Ideally, you should keep the keys with you, unless otherwise arranged.
  8. Where should I leave the keys at check-out?
    Follow the instructions provided in your check-in email, as they vary by property.
  9. Are pets allowed?
    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our properties.

    Yes, we accept the “Tourism for All” digital card.

    Instructions are sent at 15:00 on the day of your arrival.

    Most of our properties have an elevator. Please check each property’s amenities.

    It depends on the specific apartment. Let us know if you have a preference.
  20. Does the apartment have a balcony?

  22. When will I receive my receipt or invoice?
    Sent via email after check-out. If your stay ends on a weekend, you will receive it by Monday afternoon at the latest.
  23. What is the charge for an extra person?
    €20 per night for each additional adult.
  24. Do all apartments have a fridge?
    Yes, all apartments are equipped with a fridge.
  25. Is there a safe in the apartment?
    Safes are available in select properties. Please ask us for more information.
  26. Is there air conditioning?
    Yes, all apartments have air conditioning. Larger ones may have two units.
  27. Are parties or gatherings allowed?
    No, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in a fine.
  28. Do you offer discounts for stays longer than a month?
    Yes, some apartments offer special monthly rates with all utilities included. Contact us with your request.

    Linens, towels, and shampoo are provided. Hair dryers are available in some units, and irons upon request.
  30. Can we have two sets of keys?
    Only one set of keys is provided per apartment.
