For the past two years, the company undertakes – at the construction level – the free evaluation of a property, the construction study and proceeds to its reconstruction or renovation for the purpose of its tourist exploitation. In addition, Nilie Hospitality fully undertakes the management of the property at all levels, such as the management of reservations, the advertising of the property on the most well-known advertising channels. Finally, our partners undertake to enable the exploitation of the property for short-term lease at legal and tax level.
